For the past sunday mornings, i have adopted a healthy activity - running. Never before in my life have i appreciate it so much. Suddenly, it is an addiction to run. The motivation that keeps me running is that i want to always break my personal best timing for 2.4km run. Actually, i have managed a 10mins 2 weeks ago. I want to get better record. haha.
In each run, i have to constantly remind myself to run faster as time is outrunning me. That is the toughest especially when i am running the 4th lap as by then, i will feel out of breath. But after each session, it makes me refreshed and i am faster than others now. haha.
