what is the sweetest thing that a guy could ever have done for a girl? it could be the simplest of all things. but then when i think about this, for a girl, it could be that the girl has never had such sweet moments so probably there is nothing that she can refer back to/compare with. This would mean that girl who has experienced such sweet moments may actually do some comparison thus raising the expectations? For this, i am not really sure.

Well, the other theory works. Hear this out, it could be a girl who had maybe a few ex-s. However, she had fallen deeply in love with the current boy and considered the simple thing this boy did was the sweetest as he was the one that she loved the most. So, it means that even if the boy who comes up with the most creative move to impress a girl, as long as the girl does not like the boy, then it counts to nothing for all the effort in surprising/touching the girl.
